Oh yeah...I don`t think the aim was to save him though. I`m sure I ran towards the door pretty swiftly, then it goes to the cut-scene of you sliding under Indy-style, regardless.

thought it might be a trophy thing, like on WoW where you save a dude near the end.

online - mmmmmm, you can tell it's a treyarch game, they just play different online, hard to describe, not as good as modern warfares online and it's not just the weapons, glitchy and laggy online too, i managed to add a clan tag before i was allowed!

    You must have sh*t t`interweb Wez! :p

I`ve not had any glitches, and only a little lag when the servers have been rammed (to be expected in the first few days TBH.)

I do think the menus are bit `busy` though. Nowhere near as slick as IW offerings. You can barely get anything done before the next match starts.

Not sure about having to `buy` upgrades/attachments though; it`s much better having targets to achieve, ie; x-number of kills/headshots unlocks the next attachment, rather than just play a couple of matches to `earn` enough points to buy them.

Random fact from the scrolling stats (as of yesterday afternoon); 585 years of gameplay, and 6 billion shots fired... :o

After playing abit of the multiplayer I can see ALOT of WaW in it. They have just lifted some templates from WaW and just changed colours. even when playing campaign I noticed it.

One feature that I found is when at the main menu press L2 and R2 and you'll break out the chair then go over to the computer and enter 'DOA'. Little mini game.

right - I hated Modern warfare but love Worl at war online gaming. So is this more like WOW (which means I should like it more)?

Just played Medal of Honor, now that was a disappointment.

I've only played the online for abit, going to try the different matches out tonight. Like the wager matches etc. One on of the maps there is a special weapon that can be picked up. But going to have to do more research.

The story is abit of a sequel to WaW

2500-ish (according to the stats when we were playing earlier) isn`t really loads considering the millions that are playing... ;)

I`ve yet to encounter any, but I guess it won`t be long.

Have they appeared to have done anything to try to stop people 'boosting' in Free-for-all in Black Ops?

Boosting (where people team up in FFA to take it in turns to kill each other, usually by picking a good hiding place and using tactical insertion, ninja, etc., so that they can nuke the game) is a massive pain in MW2. Sometimes I chuck down the controller because I give up trying to find a FFA game that doesn't have stupid kids doing this.

There must be some sad people out there playing it non stop to prestige already! Saying that I've only played about 5 hours and am up to level 15 and found that pretty easy

    on the ps3 version:

Continually press L2 and R2 when at the games Main Menu screen Break free from the torture chair

proceed to the terminal behind the chair within the room and once there, type in DOA to play the Dead Ops Arcade mode a twin stick shooter.

    or

proceed to the terminal behind the chair within the room and once there, type in ZORK to play Zork

It`s been really glitchy for me tonight (first time since I got it), I guess a server has gone down at the farm or something...
