ITB + manifold build

    Just looks abit pikey!
    If ya got access to a tig then ya might aswell make tabs, ye ya loose the protective plating but when was that really an issue!?

    Apparently my work is a bit pikey, so probably best if you get them elsewhere James. :lol:

    These came out ok considering they were made out of old cider cans and an axe! :lol:

    there quite posh ones, i just parted off bits of tubing. didn't bother with the steps.

    Started on the swirl pot, should be finished next week and i can start on the fuel system, woo yeaa!

    Some pictures of the trumpet mold i've been working on with help of others for the past few months. I will try and seal it up, polish it and make some trumpets soon.:thumbup:

    before a light sanding.

    The mold is in three parts and the steel structure is the "holder" and clamps the assembly together.

    Wooden trumpets will never catch on J... if you get fuel spit back they'll just burn!... :lol:

    wicked thead,

    ok so i know this isnt the right place to ask but, if you run gsxr itbs, what injectors do you run, and what management do you run. standard ecu mapped? thinking thats possible?
