I breathed in for 3 seconds before going ooooooooooooooooouch when I saw that.

Get some ice packs on yer neck, it'll slow the swelling in the muscles, y want to do it for 5 to 10 minutes 'bout once every hour or 2.
Don't try stretching it out yet give it a day or 2 then go see a physio.

I know this from experience.
