Well I've just fitted a .8t clocks/ecu/loom to my mk1 but I only have one key? Can anyone in Nottingham area code these keys? With reg of the original car? My cab will have the vagcom port fitted to if this helps!!!
Get the yellow pages out and look for an auto locksmith, good ones can make clones of immobiliser fobs.
I thought i might as well keep the imobliser more security... I've been looking into vag tacho software... I take it the key Hz is only for central loacking etc and not transponder...?
Yes key hz is only central locking. A cheap vag-tacho cable from ebay will probably also sort you out and will come with the software you need, but user support for such cables is poor.
