hey guys , pls does anyone know where i can get hold of a copy from pls ? doin a vr6 and g60 conversion and bit of a pain going to / describing part/ calling dealer ever 10 mins 4parts . any help well appreciated . cheers guys
I tried downloading it but every copy i got said i need a server of some sort. In the end i went for an older version which works fine just has no prices.
www.mininova.org stick in etka and this should bring up the etka 7.0 download and install, takes while though as its bbiiiiiggg and iirc its a image of a discs so will need either buring to disc or mounting using demon tool software,
Havent VW just had a new install with regards to the parts system? Thats what i got told last time i was there only a few weeks ago
my local vw dealers are now running etka 7.1 not sure about the update number though my copy of etka 7.0 update 653 looks exactly the same and part numbers still work hope this helps math
7.1 is shocking, it cocks up, a LOT if you have the cracked version 7 is much more stable, even tohugh you cannot activate the price updates.. updates for 7 are available weekly, tis currently on around 700, these updates gradually remvoe old and obsolete part numbers, and add supersessions, and drops.. if you need prices, get ETOS
5 off ebay thats where i got mine and i haven't had any problems with it and it saves alot of time at the dealers explaining what your after i also got ELSA off there too
