Just bought some of these - 20 quid for fully padded washable overalls. A must for the winter mechanic! Snug as a bug down the workshop today [:D]

I bought the XL size, which aren't massive on me. I need the length in the back, as I'm a long body/short legs shape - if you're really big you might struggle, but well worth a look.

I bought a pair of really padded large ones last year from machine mart, I look a complete tit wearing them especially in tescos but they are unbelievably warm, makes the winter car work quite enjoyable.

Would these be similar to the Clarke ones in Machine mart?

No idea, but well worth a punt at 20 quid I reckon. No pockets for internal knee pads, but you can always strap on external ones.

If i put my arms over my head it gets a bight tight down south!

You can always bring them back if they dont fit 100%
