limited grille on non limited golf..yay or nay (now with pics)

    It looks quite nice that does. Goes with the paint colour well. Will be good to see a better picture, with the front plate on.

    yeah got the plate off, im dying the plastics with forever black dye

    not sure im gona keep that tbh...might try a single lamp red stripe

    looks better than i thought it would. shame there is a vw badge in the middle of it.

    Looks good :p , Is that forever black dye anygood? my mk2 trim is pretty bad and needs bumper black gel every few weeks.

    yeah forever black is very good..i use the tyre gel which is a thick black gel dye.....results depend on you cleaning all the dressings/silicons off the trim first

    i like it. i think i would look a hell of a lot better tho with a badgeless grill tho.

    looks nice apart from the lack of the vwmotorsport badge...that would be taking it too far though...

    It like the colour,same as the motorsport badge, maybe you should get one of those ? ?

    Debadged MK2 grilles are far too overdone.

    Dunno why but I agree...its the shade of blue thats the prob...although might jsut be the light. God masking job tho! :clap: Just seems like a good idea until put into practise...jmo.

    Def different and gets a talking point and there are plenty of dubs running other dub bits n bobs...how many quickshift/vr6'd/1.8T/ golfs/polos are there!!! let alone some of the rarer projects and all those that are rocking audi handles, etc....

    im sick of the twin lamp ones - ive even got two, but i still like the quad lamp debadged grille's, i dont see that many of em around.
