long brake pedal

    I've just installed a pair of new mk3 rear calipers on my mk2 8v, i followed the proceedure correctly but for soom reason i've now got a long brake pedal.
    Can anyone assist please??? [:^(]

    you'll still have air in the system...it's a female dog to get it all out, i should know, mine still aren't perfect.

    i take it you held the biasing valve open?

    Pardon my ignorance but where will i find the biasing valve [:$]

    on the floor of the car [outside] by the rear beam, its got lots of brake lines running into it. need to push the metal arm towards the beam to open it.

    Doh! it's the brake pressure regulator isn't it [:$]
