looking at corrado - what to check

Hi

Me and a mate are going to look at a corrado tommorow or some time during the next week.

What, if any, are the points to look out for.

rust spots, weak points - anything.

Its a 2.0L 16v that has done 140K

 

the only place ive heard that corrado's can sometimes rot,is around the front strut towers where the sealer is

apart from the obvious checking round wheel arches etc,i think thats it body wise

check all electrics,including sunroof if it has one,its too common for corrados to have leccy problems.

Check the car then check your wallet as no matter how good it is it'll empty it everytime you open it.

 

he's not wrong you know,costs me everytime i look at the fecker!

bodywork - panels cost sh*t loads apparantely so make sure its perfect.
