Mapped out o2 sensor

    How can I tell ,using vcds if the 2nd o2 sensor is mapped out,.and anything else as I've been told this ecu has had things mapped out

    What ECU are you speaking about?

    If the ECU has B1 or B2/S2 turned off properly, then you should have no fault codes for the signal or heater circuits of the said "hinter" sensor.

    Its a me7.5 ecu was told it was mapped out but the 2nd o2 sensor is in the engine bay just hanging on a tie wrap

    Good, as I said above, with the exception it would be B1S2 that would be switched off in the calibration.
    No feedback would be seen in VCDS as well as no faults would be present for should to negative or postive for the sensor heater and signal.

    Short of pulling the calibration from the ECU and comparing with an original, which might be beyond your scope.
