Hi all , had a turbo back Milltek fitted too my Mk5 6 months on the CAT fails , and despite the 3 yr warranty they are dragging their heels over replacing it. Anyone else had anything similar ?
Strange. I had great service when my backbox on my Mk4 broke. Just faxed a copy of the invoice over and they couriered another one down to me.
Milltek's aftersales support is absolutely crap!!! I needed another link pipe from my four branch into the main exhaust system...... so they supplied the front silencer. Phoned them up complaining, said i'd get a call back, avoided me until I turned up at their premises in Derby unanounced (I was working nearby). Needless to say, I left with the part I needed and got all sorts of poor excuses.
