mk1 1.8t mount + fitting?

Has anyone got dimensions or a sketch of how to build up the cam end mount at the 15 degree's thats needed?

would it be better or worse to offer the engine with the gearbox on or off or whats the way you found best? Engine in top gearbox up etc etc
