MK1 GTI RS Turbo

Anyone know anything about this? Never heard of anyone using an RS turbo engine before, no pics of engine bay or details about the car at all!

Very bizzare choice, nice looking mk1.

Looks like a car the owner knows nothing about it.

Wonder if it's an RS Turbo's turbo, lashed onto a GTI engine or a Turbo Technics?

 

That's what I was thinking. It is maybe just a turbo off an RS turbo (T3) on a special exhaust manifold, just like what I have in the shed.

 

What isn't in the shed. That is the question !!!

Next eBay question is what compression does the engine run / ask if standard and see if you can get him to fall into the trap of telling you it's been increased
