MK1 Power steering conversion

Hi all,
does anyone know how much that TSR power steering conversion kit is? I'm tempted to get PAS fitted to my car, are there any other ways to do it?

You don't need it

If you feel you really do, try and find a late mk2 scirocco with it fitted, should be possible to adapt. Unless anyone knows differently?

 

did any mk1 cabby's have PAS?

 

pah, pas, go the gym a few times a week, youll never need it
