mk1 power steering, why not...

    i know that mk2 power steering will not fit to a mk1

    but why?? is it to do with clearance or the actual fittin??

    i know tsr do a kit but for a grand hardly seems justified

    are there any other option out there that anyone knows of????

    Actual fitting: MK2 racks bolt downwards onto the subframe, Mk1 racks mount backwards onto the bulkhead.
