It's only happened twice but I don't want to be left stranded somewhere... I put the key in the lock, and do the normal thing where you jiggle the steering wheel whilst turning the key to get the lock off. Only it won't - the key won't turn and the wheel only moves within the limits of the steering lock. It doesn't feel odd, there's no funny noise or anything. Then after about 2-3 minutes of trying it, the key/steering lock will suddenly 'slip' like normal, and everything is OK. Any ideas what this could be?
