With life crap going on it took a back seat for longer than i wanted, and now the corrado is in there with it too





As soon as ive finished the current tweaks on the corrado, then i shall begin work on the mk1 again money permitting!

The corrado is coming back off the road soon, and i was in two minds...

Either 16v G60 the corrado and rid it of a 3 year+ running problem, or...Finally crack on with A777OVL.

Ive decided its time A777OVL finally gets its makeover

Im still tidying the unit ready (its getting there!) and the corrado needs to sit in there somewhere while i find a new daily driver Any boggo standard/late mk2 valvers considered

Then work begins!

It actually moved today for the first time in years! see little video!

I'm picking up my mk1 from it's welding on thursday then it's going in for the respray!!!!

Hey just a word on the frame - may have mentioned this before but... before you tip it over i would brace the tip over bars a bit higher up - iykwim

the angle is a little short and incase of flex you don't want the outer arch banging off the concrete!

may be all right - but just in case!!!

What is the engine plan.... ?????

Project on hold alreadu as ive got broken bonmes in hand and foot after a slight altercatiom.

Ok...

I know i keep saying the project is 'GO!' again and again, so here's the lowdown.

The G60 Rado is costing a fortune to run (20 quid to 60 miles anyone!) and the tax runs out at the end of the month so its coming off the road for a while. Ill be using the cheap and cheerful Corrado valver as a daily motor instead which needs taxing at the end of the month. Gonna miss driving the G60

So basically, at the end of the month things should start happening once ive dragged the Valver Rado out of the unit and started using it.

Im very, very! scared about starting on what i have planned...as being honest, the plans are massively beyond what i think im actually capable of. But i think im going to sod it and have a go anyway!

I wish i could give a better/picture update or something as its what i love to do...And even at the begining there won't be much info as im scared to death that its all going to go horribly wrong

So...End of the month hopefully.
I miss it spitting,barking,growling just too much now.
