Mk2 16v Edition One

    Anyone come across one before? Someone I know has one.....I think.

    Cool.........this ones had a RHD conversion done on it, well I think it has as the bonnet release is on the wrong side the wipers go in the wrong direction. Anything which will give it away as a pervious left hooker apart from the brake unit being moved.

    Apart from that it just needs some TLC

    I'm I also right in think it has a KR engine with the CIS-E fuel injection[:?:] Seems to have a load more sensor and stuff than mine including a cat.

    pigbladder has a g60 edition LHD... what do want to know?
    i imagine the fuse box would be a mess if its converted

    so, i've always wondered wats the difference between the edition 1 and a normal golf?

    same goes for the wolfsburg edition. Im sorry if this is a really daft question that i should know the answer to.

    edition ones are also known as wolfsburg editions...they came with the wolfsburg edition badges instead of side repeaters...chrome tint rear windows..blue recaro interior with extra plush carpet..leather steering wheel and gear knob..cheep sticker on bonnet corner..no red stripe on grille..and the color selection was limited,usually drk burgundy pearl or pearl grey but i belive there were a few other colors around...oh and bbs splits
    editions ones were avail in 8v/16v /g60 and small or big bumpers..depending on the age

    i think thats about it
