Mk2 8v Engine into a mk3 cl

hi does anyone know if there are any issues with swaping the engine over

as far as im aware the engine will slot in ok

but what about the ecu ect

Feul injector?

Its a 1993 1.4 cl single point injection

and i will be replacing it with

a 1988 1.8 8V Gti
