mk2 brake pipes?

    i wanna make my own brake pipe up for my mk2. i'v done everything else so i might as well have have a go at this too! does anybody know what size/bore it is and were i can buy it from?

    3/16th pipe with M10x1 unions if i remember rightly...

    You'll get both of these bits from any decent motor factor. You'll also need a pipe cutter and a flaring tool. With flaring tools you very much get what you pay for, the cheap and nasty ones from halfords/machine mart are rubbish to be honest.

    yea them sizes are correct
    and i agree with what golf nuts is saying about the flaring tool,did mine with a cheapo and ended up having to do it again once,so now i make the pipe and get my local garage(which is also my mot station) to flare them

    as above. cheap flaire tools suck.

    bend the pipes, take them to a motor factor to flaire.
