mk2 Brakes, what shall I buy?

    I understand what you are saying Gary, I had to do all that techy stuff for my job as an aircraft engineer.

    OK non drilled disks it is then.

    ATE power disks, I looked at them in my Eurocarparts catalogue and thought they looked a bit naff, with their "atom" style of groove. I couldn't see a G60 size in there either.

    Is there any make of disk which has straight grooves?

    I've got G60 size Ate's got them from Andrew Ensom - They're listed on the ECP site too.

    Tarox discs have (or at least they used to) 6 straight grooves - I used to warp them in a month on my RST [xx(]

    Yeah got mine From Andrew Ensom aswell, about 70 the pair aint they? Lot of disc for the money those 280's!

    I've got the Tarox G88 with about a million straight slats. Great for carving up your pads :lol:

    Ran them on the Jetta - seemed fine.
    Zimmermans before.. cracked to feck in the end..

    Previously ran ATE Powerdisks 5 or more years ago. They worked very well.

    ATE powerdiscs :clap: if you can't find em on the website just ring em up
