Hello guys, been looking around for a new oe gearknob for my mk3 as it has some horrible silver and gold thing on it at the moment mated to the rubber gaiter. was looking on the site and found part # 171-711-141/E. I would like to ask if you know would this screw onto a mk3 and if so what gaiter would you recommend? can i use the oe old one or will i need to get a standard leather replacement? regards Al.
I fitted a mk3 gearknob to my mk2 with no problems so should think it would work the other way around as well
