I used injection hose, its not ideal though as it needs to be an S shape. with careful routing and some plastic clips its fine though!

I might not work so well as they are quite high pressure

Get your dealer to do a dealer search. They might find another dealer may have what you need.

on the edge.... also north wales, close to rhyl
i can form any size fuel line into any shape/length - can insert barbs to join to felxi hose etc.. all i would need is somesort of a drawing with lengths and angles and know what fittings to have in each end.

this would be of PA12 construction with PA6.6 barbs, or galvenised unions

Find the diameter of the metal pipe you need and ring the Vauxhall dealers, the Calibra (only one I changed them on so I’m not sure what else they use it on) uses metal pipe for the fuel lines and comes by the meter, don’t think it was expensive from memory

it needs to be flexible though, plus can you wind it into a tight S shape?

Can be bent into any shape you need, they’re not likely to run 100% straight on a Vauxhall

how heavy is the line, I'd be worried about having it hanging about there, plus the flexing issues. the line needs to be about 20-30cm long and bent in an S shape to avoid the master cylinder, inlet boot etc
