I bought one of these chin splitter’s for my small bumper, but haven’t got any ideas on mounting, doesn’t seem to be a straight fit too. Does it have fixings embedded in the spoiler that would go through the valance? It doesn't look like a standard part? You will likely have to drill holes in the valance. Also, the angle of the fit looks like it would bend back at speed?
sdpeak to the seller, they should be able to help. those are for MK1 golf so if its a standard part its never gonna be a direct fit, if its a custom piece modified to fit mk2 then it should be a little easier. either way seller should be able to give you an idea how its supposed to fit

Seller would probably say bond it on with sikaflex or similar or you could use fibreglass paste, p40? Like filler and make blocks and embed bolts to mount it through valance or screw into, it's how you used to attach rear arch on mk4 escort 4 door if fitting rs kit.
