Remind us what underbody protection you used Vinnie?
Are you after spraying the bottom yourself?

    "I've got w..."

Nope but I do find Vinnie's attention to detail on coating and protecting his Mk2 shell to be, how shall I put it very 'stimulating'

I bloody hope so[:D] update the starter motor fell on to the fuel pump so that something to add to the list. So better start looking at other external pump systems for the old girl. Any ideas would be appreciated
(Edit) sorted it mk3 tank [:D]

well been waiting for parts and no show so not a lot of progress (to Sam's enjoyment [:D]).had the starter motor fall on the fuel pump [:x] so going to put a mk3 tank in.[IMG] then went to fit the custom pipes made for the car and! yep short [:x][IMG] by a mile. So as they say it comes in threes I ordered two hubs from vw heritage and only one turned up. With that I managed to get a little bit done.[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] oh and if any one needs some steering rack boots for a mk2 you can have them just for the price of p&p[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]also some drop links[IMG] [IMG]and the fuel pump used but working order might help a mk2 in need [:D]

Great stuff Vinnie - pain in the nads re: brake pipes etc. but nevertheless you're pushing on at a serious rate of knots

    Jesus, stop will you!!!

Looking great tho, I’m just jealous I don’t get this much car time.

Does it make your eyes go funny being in there for a while? It’s very green?
