    Hi folks.

I have just purchased this from ebay.

Can you please supply an OEM top end gasket set at a similar price?[:D]

    Hi Dave,

We do stock some of them, what is you engine code? Just to be sure we have the correct one

    Thanks

Hi Matt. (I assume it is Matt?)

Please take a look at this and work out how GSF can be more helpful to me

The engine number is: EV 137_7

Since I posted this thread a few things have come to light.
    Please read this thread:

    http://www.clubgti.com/showthread.p...d-gasket-set-GSF-ebay-Ubber-Cheap-Only-4-left

    Also.

I have been a customer since GSF started. Back in 2013 when I bought through your export division and it is was easier. Elliot Maynard sorted the correct AUDI parts for me back then:

    Email to Elliot Maynard 2013:

    Elliot.

They mounts arrived yesterday! Flipping good work that! The parts were stop on AUDI OEM with the correct colour code

    Thanks.

If I supply you with other Lemforder part numbers would you be willing to source those for me? The thing is that I trust GSF, but I am wary of companies I don't know. I have been a GSF customer since GSF first began to supply SAAB parts in 1987. When I lived in the UK I was such a regular customer at your Leeds branch that I got to be friendly with the manager, and, on a few occasions, we went for a drink near his home in Barnsley.

    Thanks once again,

    Dave.

In April Sergio supplied me with Honda Jazz parts to Bahrain he did a great job, but there were problems and when I tried to sort them your main switch board were most unhelpful while Sergio was away from the office so I got pi55ed off and very unfairly had a go at Sergio. It was not his fault but a lack of proper customer service from other personnel.

Email to Sergio Nero April 2016:

    Hi Sergio.

My tone was because your main switchboard was most unhelpful and I was very frustrated. What with the heat, my daughter on my back and poor response from GSF, I was not in a good mood.

I know that you are not always available but, for all I knew, you were on holiday and might not be available for some time.

For an hour I kept asking to speak to anyone who could advise me. I was left on hold two or three times then dropped, transferred to a branch once and dropped without answer a couple more times. No one ever came back to me!

All I wanted was for someone to talk to me and advise me regarding refund and collect? I wanted to discuss some adjustment between shipping costs which would have been lower without the shocks.

I understand that you might be very unwilling to refund the hire costs but I used them to illustrate to you that, as I could not get an answer in the one hour I spent trying to contact someone who could help me, I had to order in Bahrain. Every day lost was costing my daughter the equivalent of 50 for the hire car.

    Regards,
    Dave.

    Hi Dave,

    Thank you for you comments.
I can do the gasket set for you no problem, we list it on the website at 56.63 I can offer you it for 32.00.

The battery tray is not a stock line, having spoke to our suppliers they are also unable to supply it, sorry.

The above offer is not valid via any store or other department, this can only be offered by myself.

    Thanks
    Matt.

    Brilliant Matt. Thanks.

Would you please put one aside for me, for a couple of weeks, as I have spend too much this month already!

My OAP gets paid next week, I think!?lol

BTW. I had the other set sent to my niece in the UK, to save P&P, and would like to do the same again.

    Kindest regards,
    Dave.

I will see what i can do Dave.
Unfortunately we have very minimal stock at the moment, without a payment i can't hold goods.
We can send to any address you require if you pay via PayPal, card payments MUST go to card holders address (security reasons).
I will see what i can do in the morning, i know we sold our remaining Birmingham stock to a local VW specialist today, we have some in the network due back to HO over the weekend.

    Thanks
    Matt

It's ubber kind Mike but I can sort it now. I'll just have to drink less beer for a week!

My niece in the UK is OK as I am getting a lot of stuff sent there and total postage is more reasonable.

    Thanks once again.

    Kindest always,
    Dave.

Matt I owe Dave a load of money for the VWMS stuff I've acquired off him lol

What thicknesses of ABF MLS head gaskets do you do as I'm thinking of using a thick gasket to avoid machining my ABF pistons in my KR block .

27.79 each, should be number 115VG0020 from the data I have.

We have 2 in stock in the whole company, and no purchase order in place for future stock.

    Thanks
