just wondering if my old rocco is still about reg was d148 cbd was a gtx but had been converted into a pickup truck after a tree fell on it. painted jcb yellow. had black and glow in the dark yellow alloys on it and went like the clappers. not seen it since i sold it to a vw guy in melksham ( wiltshire ) , i got it off a guy in keynesham ( bristol ) is it still alive?
according to "car check" on me ipone it says it is still alive... make: vw model: scirocco gtx colour: yellow engine size:1781 body-style: pick up fuel: petrol year: 01/05/1987 unfortunately askmid says its not insured... so i am guessing its dead
got no pix - was a cool car, had a toyota l200 ear off road bar on in the rear with spot lights on top. yellow paint with black trim, black lights etc. think it was cammed up to high heven, had bigger injectors, powerflow exhaust,poly bushed front end, lowered. piper cross air filter. big custom stero in the cab. thing went like fook - kept up with my friends mk4 astra gsi all the way back from weston. i sold if just after it was vandelased and never saw it again :-( someone has pics somewhere of her .
toyota pick rear bar 15in wheels 1.8gti from mk2 with a 1.6gt gearbox ligthen fly wheel was fun to drive towed well as it was the workhorse for my old turning comp in poole was sold it 2005is time i think
