    Hi,

As title says, just fired up my 1.8T mk3 conversion using 02j box , i decided to keep the hydro clutch.

    I'm using a 19.05mm clutch master cylinder (ATE03.2419-9510.3) & a 23.81mm slave cylinder (Lpr 357 721 261A-8106) both of them brand new.

Using also a southbend stage 3 endurance clutch/ pressure plate & flywheel kit.

The system has been bled & has no air, but the clutch isn't cutting when the engine is running even when the pedal is fully depressed to the fire wall.

I really don't know what to do..
Before the engine rebuild i was using a mk4 gti master (with modified rod) & slave cylinders from the downer car but the slave got busted & the master came to a tight fit with the exhaust so i decided to change everything to mk 3 items due to these being in steel instead of plastic.

anyone has any idea whats wrong in my system?
