We are now in the really frustrating position of not being able to drive the Mk2 as we cannot get a decat pipe anywhere. Other than chop the flange off the cat and weld it to a bit of straight pipe I don't know how to get around the problem of the cat resting against the bottom of the gearstick.
Any suggestions or has anyone got a pipe we could borrow or buy?
I've posted this in the Mk2 section too.

Unfortunately none of these suppliers have them. I've ordered two from ebay including the one you posted but they don't have them. Refunded on all. I've spoken to about 3 suppliers but because Jetex don't have them no one does.
I spoke to Mk2 Spares and have ordered this which seems to be part of a Mk4 decat kit.
They are going to measure the flange against a Mk3 for me.

hmm looks too short. why not chop the cat off the mk3 flange and use a sleeve to mount a straight pipe

Any house got any scaffolding up near you Phil?
    Hacksaw or 17mm spanner... ;)

Was that last one I sent you any use, looked straight or slightly different to the others?

I'm not worried about short, I have extra pipe and clamps.
