was wondering if you could help me out here? My mk3 golf 1.4 1993 has a 4 speed gearbox which souds fecked just now and i plan on having it changed maybe to a five speed, would my engine be able to take this and also i know my clutch would need to be changed also i believe but what about the clutch cable? i remember when i bought my clutch kit alsong with cable they were asking model and allsorts? G_V_K also mentioned something possibly that driveshaft may need changed but said he wasn't positive about that.
bump again. wish my question was about doing a conversion on a mk2 16v engine probably have about 30 replies by now, lol, no one know about a little 1.4 then?
