MK3 Golf Lowering Springs

Right i wanna lower my car 40mm but at the mo i aint got loads of money so i just wanna fit lowering springs and then later on when i have saved up i will buy a proper suspension kit, but just for now what lowering springs can anyone suggest me to buy Its for a mark3 gti golf

 

I've got H&R on mine and it's lowered 40mm. Cost me 100 from Motorsport Wheels (they let me have them without the VAT though as I bought a set of wheels from them at the same time).

 

Ok cheers, by the way golfgirl i like the stance of your car its nice there dont look like much gap between your wheels and arch, any1 else got any suggestions

gotta be eibach...they're the best. then just add a set of koni adjutstable dampers and eibach arb's at a later date and you'll have one sorted car.

 

Ok then thanks for the suggestions, where can i get some eibach ones from? and sorry if i am being a bit dull but what are arb's ? cheers
