Been done loads (too many times some might say)

You`ll need the front panel, lights, bumper, grill and bonnet from the Vento. Simple bolt-on job.

Panel's the same, bumpers the same.

You just need lights, grille and bonnet.

Vento bumpers are slightly `deeper` ie, they stick out a bit further. Not strictly needed, but tie it altogether better.

It`s very subtle, and you really can`t tell from pictures, TBH.

A mate of mine had a Vento front of his Mk3, then swapped back, and decided to go for a fully-smoothed front end.

He had several bumpers lying around so set about chopping one up for material, and plastic welded up the plate recess, fog/indicator holes, and swage line on another. All smoothed, filled, and primed for paint.

Spent weeks on it getting it perfect, then went to trial fit some lower vent ducts. Wouldn`t fit...different shape...

Trial fitted his front splitter (VR), and it was about 10-12mm short at the sides, or if the sides were lined up, there was a 10-12mm gap at the front.

That`s when it dawned on him it was a Vento bumper... [><]
