I dont have a clue gbk:S? Garage had it this morning and changed the thermostat free of charge. Just taken it for a run and still happens unlike before though once hitting 110mph the temperature quickly raised hitting just under the 130 c mark on the guage. After it cooled down to 95c odd computer flashed on stop... only this time when i stopped there was still water in the system... Started to open the lid it hissed and then started to boil over, closed the lid again and i think it was draining out from underneath the bottle. Ended up with a huge puddle next to the car.... After work next week probably stop by another garage (VW specialist) and get them to have a look. After reading the manual after my test drive it seems i'ved been filling the bottl up a tad much....could this of made a difference?
