    they always do look the same
    i was thinking of getting a mk7 next year a GTD or GTI

    Facelift does look the same but then all mk7 variants look the same also. Gtd, Gti, r, or r line. No special stand out cars anymore.

    Same in all the brands. AMG, S Line, m sport etc

    thats one of the complaints about the R it just looks like any other golf though it's not only VW that have been doing this Ford has also taken the tack of late

    F**d have recently launched "ST-line" models, which look similar to ST ones, but aren't quite so potent. I wonder why they didn't simply call the new ones 'ST Lite'

    Aye R line S line ST line all the same thing dull cars dressed up to be something their not
