Mate of mine told me he spoted it on ed38 forum, i knew i just had to have it!

To begin with it will be my dedicated drag car, maybe road legal.

So no unecessery weight like dash board, any trim, full exhaust, big brakes, arb-s, glass.... etc etc

Collecting it some time early july and hope to have it race ready by this time next year

Aiming for 800 bhp/ton

 

I did wonder what had happened to Richards creation.....

Will it be fwd or 4wd (or rwd?!)?

In the pics the rear floor looks to have gone so was he mocking it up for rear diff (Although it seems to be running mk2 rear beam there...) or just making a carbon panel for floor?

 

So glad someone from clubgti bought this project. 800hp/tonne should be insane. rear wheel drive?

 

For the time beign i will drag race it in FWD class in ESC at the Pod as i fancy giving it a go next year season as i gota chance of winning it due to low weight.

Year after that there is a good chance i will make it 4wd with haldex gear locked in 50/50 for racing and possibly 70/30 for the road as i want it road legal by then

No point having it road legal in Fwd mode as it would be undrivable tbh

Hopefully! Had to delay it more then once due to different circumstances, latest one beign job drying out!
