Finally could afford some tyres for my compo's

Think they look hard as, well pleased with how they came out.

This is how they looked when I got them.

Also fitted my FK Konigsports, still need to get it properly set up, but it rides so much better than my old shocks and springs, even with the front lower still.

And I've started stripping the interior out.

I'm keeping a list of what everything weighs, stripped around 50kg so far.

    They are 6.5x15 et41.

I know they're skinny, but they fit perfectly under the arches without any work needed.

    Thanks for the comments.

Tim - The interior will eventually be sprayed matt black as well, when I can be bothered. I've got my G60 brake setup, poly bushes and twin weber 40s to go on first.

GolfD - The old wheels are going on my Mk1 driver.

Just a quick pic of the Mk2 with the front end as low as possible, a full 120mm. I ran it like this for a few weeks, but it caught the arch slightly so I've raised it till I get the arches rolled.

The wheels have been receiving mixed reviews from people, not that I care because I think they look awesome and they are need to fit my G60 brakes.

Feel free to give your opinion.

I was just experimenting in that pic, to see if could be driven 120mm lower, which it can suprisingly well. I plan to have it properly set up using corner weights once its all finished, and then just adjust it depending on whether it is being driven on the road or the track. But while I'm on the road I'll have it as low as it can practically go.

Someone decided to kindly modify the rear at a roundabout recently.

Also stripped the interior a little more, got some nice seats on the way as well, so I'll be able to strip it fully and spray it up when they are ready to fit.

    Thanks for the comments.

It's a Supersprint Grp A system with 60mm tailpipe, the same diameter as the whole system.

The cossie is my old man's

He's just bought a new engine for it, should be capable of at least 400bhp.
