Like the Mk3, love the Mk1! Any plans for it, or are you going to keep it as it is?

    Cheers for Comments [:D]

Im keeping the MK1 as it is for a bit, will be lowered next year sometime with some nice deep dish wheels, most probably after Inters.

It only has 34k on the clock and I even have the original Receipt when it was bought new for 4395 I think it was [:D] back in 82

Wow that's cool! It's great when you get a car with receipts and stuff. I've got tax discs and MOTs going back a few years for mine, and the original handbook and stuff, although that's a bit battered. In one of the Minis I had I found a receipt for some warranty work done on it in 1974!

It has a fair bit of History to it, from the day it left the Dealers.. Including the tyres/exhausts it has ever had, and even the owners insurance certificates :o [:D]

I got the little guy for a complete bargain price, think it was 270 quid [:D] [:D]

But I have spent another 100 quid on paint/primer etc as I had to treat some rust patches and new wing..

But now its fairly Mint, the interior is as brandnew aswell all black cloth [:D] [8D]

It would take an offer around 1k for me to even consider selling him now :)
