i have a an abf with witch i thought was a Eaton 62 to my horror it was a 45 so needed a way to get more boost ,i brought a piece of billet alloy then got my mate to skim my crank pulley flat then made the new one at 175mm instead of the original 140mm .we made the new alloy pulley 1 mm smaller than the original then heated it up and then placed it on the old pulley then it shrunk back now it will never come off job done. Nice solution I sleeved and fitted a -19% pulley from a cooper s it has given me about 12psi,am waiting to map will update when done
175mm crank =15,312 rpm at 7k rmp that's all i no will let you no when mapped should be going in the next week or so going to get it running later so we see what sort of boost it says now
thanks guys going to get it mapped next week hopefully we made another one today as we did Miss size one of the groves still think it would have been OK but we have some billet left and now we have the tools this one only took 5 hours to make compared to the 8 hour first try its nice when you have skilled friends ,i did a days digging fence post holes as payment for him a bit of give and take goes along way will let you no how the mapping goes ,
