engines done 8.8, thats good mate, I thought it could be in the 8 or 7 second group. Whats the plans for the dragster, does it have to have an engine rebuild before a full power run?

i blew a piston / rod / and crank last time out

needs a rebuild http://www.dubscene.co.uk and http://www.taylormachine.co.uk to the rescue [:D]

then it should last a season without touching

haven't done a full power run yet, cause it scares the bejesus out of me ;)

it's got a manual box? I dont suppose having to shift 3 times is easy when accelerating at that rate! Dont other dragsters have autoboxes?

Sounds like a lot of mental fun though, bet a lot goes through your mind on a 1/4 mile run. How much has it cost to keep it running?
