    They look great! Makes a massive difference having low profile tyres.

    they are 50 profile. thet's what they're meant to have.

    Excuse my lack of knowledge, but what calipers are they? I presume they are bigger than stock...

    It's a late VR6 setup, 288 discs and 54mm calipers.

    Same as they used on the mk4 GTI's (although the discs are different on the mk4's as the hubs are different.)

    Looks like a good set up, if you don't mind me saying I think flush metal centre caps would look good, would 14" (or is it 15") Le Castallets ones fit?

    They are going in soon, well before the VR6 setup. They won't be staying on too long, they won't fit when I move up to bigger brakes.

    I've got some 15" le castellets, but they have the same centre caps as these!

    I'm in the frame of mind now where I'm not buying stuff for the car, I just use what I have lying around and make it work. I'm done with wasting 1000's on cars, it's madness.
