1.4 16v, with 34k on the clock. Needs a little spot of paint on the
front bumper, and a little bit on the driver's door, but otherwise
    great condition.

Best bit is that due to a slighlty chequered past (cat c due to
vandalism damage last june, all documented and above board with DVLA
inspection etc.) it was dirt cheap at 2700 [:D]

Disturbingly good fun to drive, even if it does have a slightly gay interior

I really like lupo's, they kinda remind me of mk1's.

Loads, but I don't know what I'll get away with [IMG]

Wheels need a refurb, so I reckon they'll look nicer diamond cut over
silver rather than just painted... start subtle and work my way up to
    coilies and funky stuff.

Really, was it a sport? 'Cos the lack of pitch/roll impressed me on this one [:s]

Cool Lupo! :p I went to look at a very similar model for my g/f last week but it was 'soft blue' rather than 'jazz blue'. Didn't actually get to drive it as it was a crash damaged one and needed some work, left it as it was a bit dodgy though. [xx(]

Still on the lookout for a tidy Lupo 16v, can't afford a GTI!

To be honest this one was far from perfect, but its all easy fixes.
Little scratches etc. that I've just worked out. Also stuff that the
owner thought was a nightmare was actually dead simple, but made great
    bargaining points.

The drivers door fitted badly, so I gave him a lecture about how the
car must've been heavily crunched in the past... twisted shell etc.
Also showed him the tapering shut line on the b-pillar as evidence of
the same. Little does he know that the door was just hung wrongly by a
dumb bodyshop guy, and was a 10 minute fix, and best of all the lupo is
supposed to have a tapering shut-line down that seal  Always go armed with knowledge :)
