In the latest AutoCar mag (with the red mkV GTI on the cover) there is a picture of the new Corrado. Cos I'm a top bloke I thought I'd scan it in a show you lot to see what you think. By all accounts this is mid engine rwd.

    And here it is [:^(]

That for real? Looks like a little roadster type thing... Kinda'...

If it's real (not that I'll ever get near one) then I quite like it, just perhaps not badged up as a Corrado.

    Rear drive too!

Its a bit too American if you know what I mean??

The Corrado needs to be a boxier design to hark back to the original and the Scirroco.

Thats what happens when VW's boss came from BMW 2 years ago!

    Gotta expect it!

(I actually like it for a new car! I an older car lover!)

If it is then they've sold the old one down the river.

Maybe a coupe but without two more seats it's useless. Posers pimp daddy car if ever I saw one. [:^(]

Doors above head height to comply with some EU regs like a lot of cars these days, boot looks like a shrunk in the wash Passat boot? God knows how horrid the front is if they won't even show you it.

I thought designers were "harking" back to old models for inspiration not just copying everyone else? Fags...

I like this one. Should make this with a few updates.
Was watching something on the telly the other day about buying corrados. Bloke said VW haven't tried to replace it cos it was that good. i.e. hard to replace incase they mucked it up.
