So glad that's not real. I got so down just reading that, that I was about to stop the world and get off.
It#'s the same as the police claim they cannot detect Rohypnol in your blood the day after. That's rubbish, roofies have a couple of metabolites, one of which has a half-life of up to 200 hours. Which is why some women (although it's rare for it to happen anyway) say they felt odd for days afterwards. The cops just couldn't be bothered spending 200 on a routine 7-panel drug test because most of the women weren't drugged at all, just drunk......
Don't see why people make stuff up like that, as its a very sensitive subject to many girls. That sort of behaviour is digusting and anyone commiting such an offence deserves a painfull death IMO.
