New wings for mk1 gti

    Hello there, i`m after a pair of genuine wings for my mk1 gti does anyone have any for sale or know where i might get them from?

    get them from vw... i did, they are still in available as they are the same part used on the cabby's which were produced up untill 1992. Expect to part with fifty notes fo each wing :)

    Its worth it though, cheapo wings are a sh1te fit.

    cabby wings have the side repeater holes though?
    or do the early cabbys not have them?
    pretty sure gpc do genuine nos wings for about 70 each.

    They don't have the hole for the side repeater, this was exactly what i was concered with when i ordered mine. Apparantly cabby people bave to make the hole afterwards, did sem strange to me but the wing i got through vw was with out the hole.

    Im trying to get hold of a new vag rear panel for a mk1 as is everyone else i suppose. Does anyone know where to get hold of one ?

    Hah hah Not a chance, You can get the lower section from GSF though, if that helps.

    strip them right back, treat them again with lots of nice protector and go for it. its all down to the time you take to get the fit

    Don't know about the quality, but you can get all the genuine vag panels you need from South Africa. Gonna b spanked on the shipping though.

    I put have non genuine front wings on mine - dont do it they are crap!!

    thers a place in germany that dose genuine rear panels for about 200 quid i cant for the life of me remember what its called and cant find the recipt some one on hear will know what im on about

    I called them it was called somthing like the vw wharehouse but in german they have got a web site too but you cant order on line
