    Hey

I've had 4 days driving around in my newly converted mk2 ABF running Kjet.... i cant believe how different it feels from the KR!!!!

so much so that i think the KR must of been knackered!!!

It pulls right from the off and in every gear!! the KR seemed to do nothing til about 3.5k

does this sound right or do ya reckon the KR was goosed?

sounds about right.. ABF has more torque than KR so it would give that impression especially low down

The KR is a rev happy thing. But a torque increase of at least ~15lbft with the same rev happiness would seem like night and day. This what you experienced by swapping to an ABF engine. I remember the same sensation when I did this back in 2002 in my atlas grey valver.
