Hi all just wondering if you can HELP???? I've got a mk4 golf tdi no a S plat . Ihad it 4 day and the cam belt snaped and bent all 8 valves and the tapit . me and my dad have rebuilt the head and retimed it all up but will not start. We're getting fuel up and all the eletric's have bin checked and all ok .we've even tryed easystart and fired then died . we've lookedfor so long we cann't think of what it can be[:^(]
Are you sure the head was built back up correctly? And are you sure the belts went to correctly, ie all aligned correctly?
id recheck the timing make sure the pump is correctly timed when the belt goes it will throw everything out if the pump isnt timed properly it wont run
