oh and i have dislocated my shoulders about 12 times BMXing, [:D]
so i had to stop for two years as i have stretched all my ligaments in my shoulders

, so i dont really have full movement in them which kinda limits what i can do now [:^(]

i wouldnt mind the disclocations, they arent actually too painfull, just a bit of maniulation and pop em back in [xx(]

prob is i have hypermobile ligaments (genetic thing???)
so i have double jointed shoulders like poeple have double jointed fingers, and each time i do it they stretch and get worse.

I never broke any bones bcos my ligaments go instead,!!

    Big air and hair!!

i broke both ankles on my dirtbike...an dislocated my shouler all at the same time. [8(]

i fell from 30 feet tho [xx(]

dislocations take ages to heal...i have constant problems in day to day life.....i done both shoulders.....i would never let it stop me riding tho. [:D]

i hate it that it limits me but the thing is because of my dodgy ligaments, my shoulders dont get torn or damaged from the dicloactions, just strethed. a couple of times i put it back in and carried on.

mine only stopped me(for two years, back on me bike now) the last time i rode, it was out for an hour and a half, and stretched the ligaments so bad that my shoulder would start to come out if i picked up anything heavier than a can of beans, used to come out in my sleep etc etc. I couldnt physically ride a bike, or do anything strenuous for a good few months,

i know what you mean about it limiting you in everyday life its poo even when your body is good, harder when your a double jointed freak!!!
