paint codes WHAT?

hi y'all does anyoneknow a waebsite that has paint codes for a 90 golf gti 8v? thanks

Also look in the boot of your car and check for a white sticker on the back panel. The paint colour code is written on there.

 

That site doesn't seem to have at the UK colours.

The other option is to ask at the parts desk of your local dealer - with your reg plate they can trace what colour the car was when it left the factory. The VW paint is pretty cheap - 5.21 for 150ml which seems to cover better than the 300ml cans from Halfords (4.99)

theres a code in your engine bay i think.

 

What colour is the car??? If you let us know that or post a pic, perhaps one of us will have a car the same colour and can tell you the paint code.

 

theres no code in the engine bay..only boot and orig service book..describe the color someone will know

 

Chassis number on V5 wil do the trick

 

Anyone fancy making another thread where we can all list our Paint code, and the exact colour? We can put it in FAQ's then.
