Pig wont start

    just changed 3 out of 4 of my glowplugs on mk2 gtd.
    new glowplugs came from G&S and look indentical.
    now it will not start or even sound like it is going to fire.
    before plug change would eventualy start after 10 attempts.
    Any diesel experts please help.

    Why dont you pull one out, and see if it is glowing, when you put the plugs on?
