    Great day out [:D]. loving the photos Alex top effort.Nice show of vw`s of all marks there(not many r32`s!!!!)I managed a 14.9 @ 92mph not bad me thinks for a 2.0lt mk1 naturally aspirated.Bring on inters.:lol:

    It was the Mk3 in the hedge, guy got taken away on a backboard. Nasty stuff, i got stuck in the queue quite close to the crash.

    it was a good day, could have been a bit more there to look at, traders etc. but there were some nice motors.

    my mate burned his head :lol: it was a bit pink last night

    few c*cks around tho, and none of them dubbers. there was a muppet in a knackered white beemer and his knobby mate in a suzuki swift revving their engines in the que to get in - very cool [:[] beemer muppet then starting being a doughnut, sorry doughnutting in the car park. T*at.

    apart from that a nice start to the season

    Good day out - bit dissapointed with the lack of traders but as has been mentioned its the first time this event has been held but i have to say i was a bit dissapointed i couldnt track down a set of plugs for my VR6 [:s]
    Managed a 14.7@99.6mph with everything in the car - tool kit,spare wheel sub etc.
    Having major problems putting the power down for the first 80ft but hey thats what its all about :lol:

    I really enjoyed yesterday and was impressed at the scale of the event.


    I didn't go up the strip because I has in a CLK 320 cabrio and I didn't want to be upstaged my a mk2 valver :lol:


    Got some of the bits I was after for my Mk1 Gti restoration so all good :)


    Can't wait to bring along my finished mk1 to inters, you'll all go green [:D][xx(]

    I saw the paramedic people go by as i was leaving the car park and then saw the car in the hedge as i was leaving (no que, so must have only just happened)

    A few cars were parked around it, bujt it didnt look too bad, i just thought he was parked tight up to the hedge for some reason [:s]

    didn't see that, but did see some guy starting to clamp a black beemer, then the guy turned up and presumably was asked to leave :lol:
